Abigail Leigh Spencer (born August 4 1981) is an American actress. The actress Abigail Spencer was an American actress. Her birth date was August 4 the 4th of August, 1981. The actress is currently playing Amantha in Rectify the Sundance Channel drama. Abigail Leigh Spencer has worked on television and film. The actress gained acclaim for her roles in the drama series Rectify along with the sci-fi series Timeless. Gulf Breeze native, she began her career in soap opera All My Children. For her work, she won the Soap Opera Digest Award as Outstanding Female newcomer. She mostly played in guest roles over the course of several years. She was recognized for her portrayal of Dr. Erin Jameson, in the show Hawthorne. Her character slowly gained a huge following thanks to her gorgeous look and incredible acting talents. Her first film appearance came in 20 and was performing in the film Campfire Stones. Jekyll This Means War as and Chasing Mavericks are the other movies in which she appeared. In recognition of her performance as a character in Beautiful Now she received a Madrid International Film Festival Award nomination.
